Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return on items purchased online via www.alghaithtrd.com, the following conditions must be met:

Any item purchased up to 14 days from the day of delivery is eligible for return.

Customer must raise a ticket online: https://alghaithtrd.com/pages/claim-warranty

The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, complete with original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Once the return request is initiated, the customer must hand over the item to the carrier on the agreed date.

Opened, installed, or used items are not eligible for return.

Items may be returned within 14 days only if:

They are damaged
-
They are defective
-
They do not match the description on our website

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

For Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) such as refrigerators, washing machines, cookers, etc., a return fee of AED 150 will be charged if the reason for return is:

Item is not as expected

Customer found a better price
-
Customer changed mind
-

Items that have been used and fail our quality check will be returned back to the customer.
Return & Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a Gift Voucher (GV) refund will be issued.

Credit card refund is only applicable in the following cases:

Item purchased is out of stock

Item received is defective or damaged

Item does not match the listing description

If applicable, the credit card refund will be processed within 10–15 business days depending on your bank.

Items purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refunded through a Gift Voucher.

Cancelled items will also be refunded via a Gift Voucher.

Note: Gift vouchers have no expiry, and can be used only on www.alghaithtrd.com.
Exchange Policy
Currently, Al Ghaith Trading does not offer exchanges.
All items must follow the return process outlined above.
