1. Shipping Coverage

We offer delivery across the entire United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All orders placed on www.alghaithtrd.com are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

2. Shipping Charges

  • AED 20 shipping fee will be applied to all orders below AED 200.

  • FREE shipping for all orders above AED 200.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery within 1–3 business days inside UAE.

  • Remote area deliveries may take up to 5 days, depending on courier availability.

Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, promotional seasons, or due to courier delays.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days only).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number (when available).
You can use this to follow your shipment until it reaches your address.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to us.

Re-delivery may incur an additional fee depending on location and courier policy.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it within 48 hours via:
